Meeting face-to-face

 Today we left the hotel at 10 am bound for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This is on the east side of London. We were going there to check out the amazing regeneration work for the 2012 games - this relates to some of the kind of work that needs to be done in Cambridge. We also got to visit the new V&A east museum as a bonus.

Then we broke for a late lunch or shopping at the Westfield shopping center, then returned west to Buro Happold's office to meet our client in person, hear feedback, and receive direction on how to move forward on the project.

We also got a tour of their offices.

Tomorrow we head to Cambridge to see a bit of the area we will be working on.
